We have opened the "Admission Desk" due to the increase of new members recently. (It's for newbies... introduction and where we evaluate your medication dosages.) We have also reopened our "New Patient Admitting Form" questionnaire and many of our current members have chosen to refill their forms out! Come check out everyone's answers and maybe learn something new about someone!
