As of yesterday he has decided to call it off because he was told by President Obama that he would be putting troops lives in danger.Oh and because the police in his town found a loophole in the law stating that it is illegal to burn anything with ink(pollutant?) outdoors...so they let him know that the first book thrown in would result in his arrest.

My thoughts......He should have left his old Pappy's white sheet and hood in the attic! Ignorance at it's finest!

I used to use SU alot years ago when it first came out. Got bored with it after awhile though.

It's all about the settings...

I wish it was feasible to join a gym so I could be held accountable for exercising. The money for a gym membership would certainly hold me accountable, but the hour long drive a couple of days a week to and fro seems like a crazy thing to do! So I've started walking again (have the Walk Away The Pounds DVDs) and did a 3-mile today (first time for the 3-mile walk). I wanted to quit at about about the 2.5 mile marker but kept on going. I used them in the past and did well with them, but then my work schedule got screwy and I was starting and stopping at different times during the week so that blew my whole routine out of the water. I don't like these extra 5 or 6 pounds that I've managed to put on and need them to go away so here we are.

Our schools have numbers, too. It's your student ID number that you use until you graduate...

I don't see the problem with 5 year old having to remember a PIN number....Taylor's was 5 numbers long when he was in kindergarten and he did just fine. He is now 14 and has been in a different school district for 5 years and still remembers it. Kids do fine!

If the school is having an issue with what the kids are choosing for lunches to eat then that should be on the school! NOT THE KIDS!!! They are the ones serving it! I send lunches with my daughter, one because she is lactose intolerant, but two because the options are HORRIBLY UNHEALTHY!!!! My son was going to do the cold lunch thing, but I think it has turned into an "uncool" thing! Which is fine! But you as a school can't put out an apple and a cookie and expect the kid to NOT take the cookie!!! So I blame the school!!!!
